Laboratory of Processing and Analysis of Microscopy Images
This laboratory is dedicated to image processing, especially for 3D data visualization from different microscopy techniques, both confocal and electron. The lab is equipped with two computing workstations and one powerful laptop with the state of the art software. The 3D model visualization can be created from raw data collected in our lab or based on external users’ files.
